3. Refunds & Credits

Due to the digital nature of our data, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unlocked leads or credit packages once purchased. Please check the free samples to verify data quality before purchasing.

4. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to use the data provided by VeloxLeads in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and data privacy. You are solely responsible for your outreach campaigns. Specifically, you agree to:

• GDPR (Europe): Only contact leads based on "Legitimate Interest" and provide an easy opt-out method.
• CAN-SPAM Act (USA): Ensure your emails include a valid physical postal address and a clear, functioning unsubscribe mechanism. You must not use deceptive subject lines.
• CASL (Canada): Only contact leads where the email address was conspicuously published by the recipient and is relevant to their business role (Implied Consent).
• Do Not Call: You agree to scrub phone numbers against applicable Do-Not-Call registries before calling.

Violation: We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if we detect use of our data for spamming, harassment, or illegal marketing practices.

5. Limitation of Liability

VeloxLeads is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the data. In no event shall VeloxLeads be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the data.
